STOP WORKING OUT

Here it goes... STOP WORKING OUT.  I know this is the last thing you would hear from a trainer but I have my reasons.  I want to challenge everyone to...

STOP working out to get your body to be more desireable for someone else

STOP looking at others in ENVY of their physique over yours

STOP pursuing an image that you are NOT genetically capable of

STOP pushing your body without the proper nutrients or health to accomodate the workout

STOP working out injured or hurt

STOP working out just so you can act irresponsibly later on

...and STOP letting the media tell you what fitness is supposed to be

 

I think we have all experienced this at some level and I'm over it.  I think most of these points speak for themselves.  Be the change that Works Out because its what you are supposed to do. Rest when you need to. Feed yourself the nutrients that your body needs and in MODERATION, enjoy the little things. Live a lifestyle that shows not only a healthy body but a healthy mind and heart.  I can be just as guilty of these things on any given day but the point is to grow and be better.  EDUCATE yourself with credited resourses and people. Live life with purpose and passion.
